Presenter Instructions

Please read the following instructions carefully. They apply to all presenters at SMACD 2026.

Oral Presentations

The duration of Regular and IC Design Contest presentations will be 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A. EDA Competition presentations are allocated 30 minutes.

A PC will be available in each room of the conference venue for the presentations of each session.

Presentation Upload: Presenters are requested to make sure, the Session Chair receives the presentations at least 10 minutes before the start of their session. To ease the procedure, please upload your presentation(s) to this shared folder . Please include your paper ID at the beginning of the file name to ease assignment. The password will be shared with the authors via a separate email.
Presenter's Bio: Presenters are requested to send their short bio and further information via the SMACD 2026 Presenter Info form .

Supported presentation file formats are .ppt and .pdf. You can find the SMACD 2026 logo which is to be included on the title page of your presentation here: SMACD 2026 Logo .

Please note that the projection screens are 1920 × 1080 at the conference venue.

Presenters are requested to familiarise themselves with the podium and room equipment in advance of their presentation. Members of the Conference Organisation will be available to assist throughout the conference.

Poster Presentations

The poster must be A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm, portrait orientation).

The conference will not provide on-site printing. Presenters must print and bring their posters in advance.

The design is up to you, but it is strongly recommended to use large fonts and high-resolution images. You can find the SMACD 2026 logo which is to be included onto your poster here: SMACD 2026 Logo .

Posters must include:

Posters must be prepared in English.

Presenters are responsible for mounting their poster in the assigned area before the session begins and should bring their own mounting materials (e.g., tape or pins).

At least one author must be present at the poster during the assigned session to discuss the work.
