Registration
Each Author Registration can cover up to 2 papers in which the registrant appears in the author list, and must be completed by April 30th, 2025, for the paper(s) to be included in the SMACD 2025 Proceedings.
Registration process (2 steps)
1. Make the registration payment.
Payment is possible either by mail order (credit card) or by bank transfer.
To pay by mail order, press the corresponding button below, fill the form, and send it to info@smacd-confence.org. Also, you are required to upload the form to the relevant part in the registration.
To pay by bank transfer, us the relevant information below. Please send the payment receipt to info@smacd-confence.org. Also, you are required to upload the form to the relevant part in the registration.

2.Enter your registration information by pressing the “Registration Form” button below. Please fill out and submit the form.
Refund policy: All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable. For registration fees not covering a paper, a full refund is given (after withholding a processing fee of 100€) for requests made until June 1st, 2025.

Please note that Student registration does not cover the presentation and publication of a paper. For that, at least one of the authors has to be registered at the Author rate. However, a student may present a paper that is already registered at the Author rate.

Scholarships
The following grants are only available to local participants:
1-SMACD2025 will apply for a grant from the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) to provide scholarships to local participants. Please contact info@smacd-conference.org for more information.
2-Local participants can also apply for the travel grant from TUBİTAK 2224-B program. Please visit the TÜBİTAK for the details.
For International participants:
IEEE CAS Society has a student travel grant program. Please visit the website for more information.
