Registration

To ensure the inclusion of an accepted paper in the Final Program and publication in the SMACD 2024 Proceedings and submission to IEEE Xplore®, one author must register at the author registration rate by May 10th, 2024.

Please note that any accepted and registered paper that is not presented at the conference will not be submitted for publication to IEEE Xplore®, in accordance with IEEE “No Show” policy.

Prepare camera-ready paper

While preparing the final version of your paper, please make sure to read the reviews of your paper and take into account the reviewers' recommendations for revising it.


Each accepted manuscript should not exceed four (4) IEEE style pages.


IEEE policy mandates a plagiarism check for all accepted papers. A paper detected with plagiarism will be excluded from the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®. In addition, the authors' names could go to the black list of IEEE for papers detected with plagiarism.

Generate IEEE-compatible PDF file

Upload your paper to PDF eXpress (https://ieee-pdf-express.org) using the conference ID 61181X, to generate an IEEE-compatible file for the SMACD 2024 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®.

Submit IEEE-compatible camera-ready paper

Submit your IEEE-compatible camera-ready paper to the SMACD 2024 submission site.
