Ιf you need a Visa to travel to Greece, you should contact your local Greek consulate to have one issued.
We advise that you act early to ensure your Visa is processed in time for travel.

Invitation Letter

For your Visa application you will need an invitation letter. Please contact the SMACD 2024 Local Arrangement Chair, Panagiota Tsompanopoulou (yota at uth dot gr, email title: SMACD 2024 - VISA invitation letter)

Please note that an invitation letter is provided only after you have registered for the conference and paid the appropriate registration fee.
