Registration Fees

Important Notes

• Each Author Registration can cover up to 2 papers in which the registrant appears in the author list, and must be completed by May 10th, 2024, for the paper(s) to be included in the SMACD 2024 Proceedings.
• Author and Delegate registration includes: full access to the technical program and electronic proceedings, welcome reception, gala dinner, coffee breaks and lunches for all days of the conference (July 2nd to July 5th). The registration also includes shuttles from Athens/Thessaloniki airports to Volos on July 1st and July 2nd (at fixed times), and from Volos to Athens/Thessaloniki airports on July 5th and July 6th (at fixed times).
• Student registration includes all the above, except welcome reception and gala dinner (extra tickets are available).
  Please note that Student registration does not cover the presentation and publication of a paper. For that, at least one of the authors has to be registered at the Author rate.
  However, a student may present a paper that is already registered at the Author rate (by the student or another author).
• Registration process: (a) Enter your registration information by pressing the “Registration Form” button below. (b) Make the registration payment.
• Payment is possible either by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. To pay by credit/debit card, press the corresponding button below. To pay by bank transfer, see the relevant information below.
• Refund policy: All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable. For registration fees not covering a paper, a full refund is given (after withholding a processing fee of 100€) for requests made until June 1st, 2024.
