1. Registration
To ensure that an accepted paper is included in the Final Program, published in the SMACD 2025 Proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore®, at least one author must register at the author registration rate by May 6, 2024.
⚠️ Important: Any accepted and registered paper that is not presented at the conference will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore®, as per IEEE’s “No Show” policy.
2. Prepare Camera-Ready Paper
Carefully review the feedback from the reviewers and incorporate their recommendations.
The final paper must not exceed four (4) IEEE-style pages.
⚠️Plagiarism Policy: All accepted papers will undergo a plagiarism check. Papers found to contain plagiarism will be excluded from the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®. Authors with plagiarized papers may also be blacklisted by IEEE.
3. Generate an IEEE-Compatible PDF
Upload your final paper to IEEE PDF eXpress. You can find a guideline here.
Use the conference ID: 65553X to generate an IEEE-compatible PDF for the SMACD 2025 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®.
4. Submit Camera-Ready Paper and the Copyright Form
Submit your IEEE-compatible camera-ready paper to the SMACD 2025 submission site.
Complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form (You can find a guideline here). Keep a copy of the signed form for your records.
